Manager Continuous Improvement (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and manage continuous improvement projects across various European regions
- Research and conduct analysis on market and competition developments and develop financial models and forecasts
- Drive engagement by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing and facilitating workshops to drive continuous improvement
- Stakeholder engagement and communication through presentation of analysis results and strategic recommendations as well as overseeing financial calculations for project approvals in collaboration with Finance
- Identify high-performing projects and individuals and coordinate award alignment with executive
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Project Management or related field (Master’s degree in Economics or MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement projects and program management, process optimization and/or related roles, consulting or industry experience a plus • Ability to track and control project success using Lean, Six Sigma and other process improvement management systems
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Sound knowledge of controlling & financial analysis and strong skill in Power Point and Excel
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, an additional European language is a plus
