About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sr HR Director to join a leading MedTech company going through unprecedented growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering compensation and benefit plans, managing talent acquisition and recruitment, and conducting employee onboarding while organising training and development initiatives. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to design organisational structures, develop career paths for key roles, and implement culture-building initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) on organisational design and career path planning for key roles
- Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment activities
- Facilitate employee onboarding and coordinate training and development programs
- Provide support to employees on HR matters, including leave management and compensation, addressing any issues as they arise
- Work with the CCO to develop and implement initiatives that reinforce the company’s culture
- Drive HR programs aimed at fostering an efficient and harmonious workplace
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of human resource policies
- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to hire top-tier candidates
- Collect and evaluate HR data, tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Leader
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and people skills in matrix organization
- Fluent in English and German
