Manager Continuous Improvement (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Identify, develop and manage continuous improvement projects across various European regions
Research and conduct analysis on market and competition developments and develop financial models and forecasts
Drive engagement by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing and facilitating workshops to drive continuous improvement
Stakeholder engagement and communication through presentation of analysis results and strategic recommendations as well as overseeing financial calculations for project approvals in collaboration with Finance
Identify high-performing projects and individuals and coordinate award alignment with executive

Your profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Project Management or related field (Master’s degree in Economics or MBA preferred)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement projects and program management, process optimization and/or related roles, consulting or industry experience a plus • Ability to track and control project success using Lean, Six Sigma and other process improvement management systems
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
Sound knowledge of controlling & financial analysis and strong skill in Power Point and Excel
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, an additional European language is a plus
