Job Brief:
The HR Manager for Frankfurt will provide expert HR operational support in the DACH region. This role involves championing our unique culture, advising on German labour laws, working with a German council, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regional regulations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, culturally aware, fluent in German and English, and ready for an exciting challenge!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational and Legal: Working with German labour laws and handling employment matters in collaboration with a German works council.
- People & Culture Strategy: Localize strategies and tactics for DACH, monitor organizational health, and provide insights on P&C KPIs.
- Employee Experience: Serve as the first point of contact for HR support, ensure compliance with local laws and policies, manage employee relations, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Talent Management: Lead onboarding, support line manager development, manage talent processes (e.g., probation, performance reviews), and collaborate on talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Experience in an HR operation / generalist role within a start up environment.
- Strong knowledge of operational, German Labour laws, working with a German council and HR best practices.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
