We are looking to hire a
Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our
Germany Team in our
Frankfurt am Main or Berlin office and will be assigned to work on one or more projects. They will report to the Project Director, providing leadership and oversight for all aspects of day-to-day management of the project for which they are responsible.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Director with development of the project execution strategy.
- Coordinate project stakeholders, liase between the project and the client teams.
- Tender and award the consultant team.
- Review architectural and engineering outputs for quality, completeness and compliance with the project brief.
- Manage changes to the project brief.
- Manage tender and award of the contractor team
- Review contractor works for quality and compliance with the contract documents
- Manage cost controls system for budget, cost, contract, change and risk.
- Develop and maintain project management time schedule.
- Write progress reports and present to client team
Qualifications
The successful candidate has construction industry experience, a pro-active, solutions oriented mindset, and an aptitude for leadership.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent academic or work experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role
- Experience with HOAI, AHO and VOB.
- Strong communication, management and organisational skills are essential.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with a dynamic project environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Must be fluent in German and business fluent in English
