My client is one of the biggest Global Production Agency and they are looking to onboard a HR Generalist on a part time basis (3 days a week).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Experience working in a non-tariff and international environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
They have an office in Bonn and would love someone who can be in the office once a week. The salary for this role is up to 38,000 Euros depending on background & experience.
