(Junior) IT Application Specialist (m/f/d) EMEA
Bring your IT expertise to a dynamic, international environment and contribute to the optimization of our life-saving technologies! Together with our dedicated team, you will ensure that our applications and IT infrastructures run smoothly. You are part of the business and provide strategic and operational support in the area of our application landscape (Business Central, Saperion, WIMT, Lifevest Network, etc.) Support us in numerous exciting projects.
Your Tasks
- Support our applications on the server side (Microsoft Server 2012ff), analyze and fix errors, optimize processes and monitor applications across Europe.
- Support and manage project teams in the requirements analysis for software requests and accompany the introduction of new software solutions.
- Coordinate and manage external service providers and software suppliers
- Take over the installation, configuration and administration of our client systems across countries.
- Look after our CISCO telephone system and ensure that it works perfectly.
- Coordinate internal IT resources, external service providers and departments in all matters relating to specific software.
- Provide 3rd level IT end-user support for our European locations.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in (business) informatics.
- Experience in project management
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft servers (2012ff) and experience in connecting systems and databases
- Ideally experience with Cisco telephone systems and managing external service providers.
- Fluency in German and English and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working with an eye for optimization potential.
- OPTIONAL: Willingness to travel (up to 20%), including weekends, and a high level of service orientation.
