Role overview
We are looking for an additional backend developer to join our young and motivated team. You will be involved from the planning and implementation of backend systems to writing the business logic for our own products as well as customer applications. You will play an essential role in creating innovative solutions for new and exciting challenges.
Tasks
- Design and implement scalable backend solutions.
- Building and maintaining APIs.
- Direct customer support.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners on multiple publicly funded projects.
- Working on a variety of projects for clients, research partners and internal product development.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of backend programming (see tech stack) and basic understanding of project management (Jira, Confluence).
- Willingness to learn and motivation to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, AI or related field.
- Experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience in IoT topics, e.g. LoRaWAN, Raspberry Pi.
- Knowledge of German.
