Blackfield Associates are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer to support their search for a Project Administrator to join their project based in Frankfurt on an initial 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and engineering team, ensuring efficient project delivery and team coordination.
- Assist in the organisation of project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, circulating minutes, and maintaining a standard team calendar (STD).
- Support the coordination and execution of training programs, ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP requirements where applicable.
- Maintain and track key project documentation, reports, and records in alignment with internal and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure follow-up on outstanding actions across stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support logistical planning for site activities, contractor coordination, and engineering reviews as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Sufficient experience in a project administration role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Demonstrated experience working on large capital projects ideally within an engineering or construction environment.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, document control systems, and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with GMP/GxP and pharmaceutical compliance standards is highly desirable.
