岗位职责:
1、供应商管理:负责与现有区域供应商的关系维护,持续优化资源获取,掌握市场情况及紧急业务的沟通处理。拓展新的供应商,持续丰富不同类型的供应商(传统批发商,聚合商等),提升区域资源的优势度。
2、航司商务拓展:负责在本地与航空公司进行日常沟通合作,完成本地机票产品开发、日常维护等工作;负责与本土航司总部和其他航司本区域办事处进行业务洽谈,获取具有竞争力的销售政策;掌握市场动态,进行价格策略调整及产品调整建议,提升产品竞争力;
3、数据监控:机票产品销售数据,根据市场状况及销售情况与运营同事沟通策略,与供应商和航司复盘销售表现,争取更多合作机会和更有销售政策;
4、其他工作:协助进行机票销售在本地的营销活动策划、推广;本地机票代理市场信息、竞争对手动态及日常业务数据汇总、分析,基于各项业务数据整理分析报告。
任职要求
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,具备3-5年及以上航空公司销售渠道管理、代理人或OTA航司BD部门工作经验,熟悉GDS(Amadeus,Sabre, Galileo)等行业工具及产业链条;
2、熟悉各航空公司产品及销售政策,善于钻研国际机票产品,对民航市场,特别是欧洲民航市场环境有一定了解;
3、沟通表达良好,德语熟练,能够顺畅地与同事或供应商进行沟通交流;
4、熟练操作办公软件,对数据敏感,熟练进行数据分析。
5、具有在德国工作的合法资格。

Supplier management: Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing regional suppliers, continuously optimizing resource acquisition, mastering market conditions and communicating with emergency business. 3. Data monitoring: sales data of airline tickets, communicating strategies with operational colleagues according to market conditions and sales conditions, reviewing sales performance with suppliers and airlines, and striving for more cooperation opportunities and better sales policies;
4. Other duties: assisting in the planning and promotion of local marketing activities for ticket sales; Summarize and analyze local air ticket agent market information, competitor dynamics and daily business data, organize and analyze reports based on various business data.
Job requirements
Job Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above, with 3-5 years or more of airline sales channel management, agent or OTA airline BD department work experience, familiar with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and other industry tools and industrial chain;
2. Familiar with the products and sales policies of various airlines, good at studying international ticket products, and have a certain understanding of the civil aviation market, especially the European civil aviation market environment;
3, good communication and expression, proficient in German, able to smoothly communicate with colleagues or suppliers;
4, skilled in operating office software, sensitive to data, skilled in data analysis.
5, have legal qualifications to work in Germany.
