Sound knowledge in dealing with the Germany region works council etc.
Expertise in Change management and talent development programs
Experience working in a matrixed structure of a global organisation.
Expertise in statutory compliance, local labour laws and labour market as well as labour
relations.
Stakeholder management experience and negotiation.
People oriented and results driven.
Expertise in employee formal discussions/ Grievance handling.
Excellent in oral and written communication.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
