Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas areas and Chinese expatriate employees (including but not limited to transfers, contract management, file management, non-cash benefits, local supplier docking, etc.);
2. Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience;
3. Implementation of the group’s human resources policies and procedures overseas locally;
4. Initiate and lead overseas human resources projects and continuously improve human resources operations;
5. HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 3-7 years of work experience, overseas HR work experience is preferred;
3. Priority will be given to those with experience in system construction and project management related to HR operations;
4. English & Germany can be used as a working language;
5. Be proficient in using office software and have good communication skills.
