Tasks:
- Liaises with management integrates HR interventions, coaches managers, escalates sensitive issues, drives cultural change, prepares HR metrics
- Organizes performance management, communicates with managers, supports talent management, and monitors workforce planning.
- Analyzes training needs, advises on development solutions, evaluates training programs, organizes leadership development, and maintains onboarding plans.
- Coordinates SHE compliance, establishes improvement plans, reports on SHE topics, and archives SHE documents.
- Organizes employee surveys, plans improvement actions, and communicates, and monitors implementation.
- Develops HR change initiatives, participates in projects, and aligns solutions with company values.
- Reviews sales bonuses and reward packages and assists with inquiries.
- Simplifies onboarding and assists in contract creation and administrative support for payroll.
Qualification:
- Professional Certifications: CIPD
- University degree in HR, business management, or equivalent
- 3-5 years in similar role in multinational company
- Excellent English and German (written and spoken)
- Strategic planning and Commercial awareness
- Analytical and Project management Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work with new technologies
- Driving license B
