Role Overview:
The Investment Analyst will support the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate private equity investments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a keen interest in real estate investment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on transaction experience and be part of a dynamic investment platform with access to significant capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities across core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies.
- Conduct financial modeling, underwriting, and due diligence for potential acquisitions and development projects.
- Support the preparation of investment memoranda and recommendations for senior management and investment committees.
- Assist in transaction processes, including market research, structuring, and execution.
- Monitor asset performance post-acquisition and contribute to value-enhancing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including brokers, asset managers, lenders, and institutional investors.
- Stay abreast of market trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory developments affecting real estate investments.
Key Requirements:
- Native German speaker with fluency in English.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a similar investment-focused role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and relevant financial software.
- Understanding of the German and European real estate markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
