Project Manager
IO Associates are delighted to be supporting a leading HealthTech Organisation on their search for an experienced Project Manager (ePA) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT projects, collaborating with different departments, and ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Healthcare Sector Understanding: Develop knowledge of project requirements within the German healthcare system.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage project participants and service providers using ticketing systems.
- Analytical Work: Analyse project input and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Present work results and project progress to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance organisational workflows and development.
Requirements:
- Degree in an IT-related field preferred.
- Experience with ePA / Electronic Patient Record systems
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally with SaaS solutions/platforms.
- Familiarity with software development projects and interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies: classical, agile, or hybrid.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Planner or Jira.
- Fluent in German with good English communication skills.
