What You'll Do
- Create tailored solutions for client projects across different industries and tech stacks, blending innovation with technical expertise
- Write scalable and maintainable code while ensuring best practices
- Communicate directly with our clients, offering technical insights and consulting
- Work in a cross-functional team with our Project Management-, Design- and Testing Team
- Review and improve code written by teammates—because great code is a team effort
- Mentor Junior Developers and Students, helping them grow through guidance and knowledge-sharing
- Document your work, making life easier for future you (and everyone else)
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience working with React, React Native, or Next.js in a professional and agile environment
- A self-starter who can work independently while staying aligned with the team
- Strong communication skills - able to discuss technical concepts clearly with clients and teammates
- Great at staying organized and noticing the little details to keep things running smoothly
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to travel occasionally to our office in Berlin for team events, client workshops, and collaboration - a presence in or near Berlin would be preferred
- Bonus points: fluent German, start-up experience, backend skills (e.g. Node.js), native programming (Swift & Kotlin)
