Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively: You will work closely with the development team and product management to establish QA standards and derive test cases
- Take ownership: You will be responsible for developing automated tests, including their planning, specification, documentation, and execution
- Enhance products: You will support the maintenance of the infrastructure required to run the automated tests
- Ensure and measure quality: You will continuously improve the test environment for company applications and services
Qualifications
Must have:
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with the Cypress testing framework
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of PHP and TypeScript
- Proficiency in written and spoken German
