Job Title: M&A Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
- Presentation Development: Create compelling presentations and materials for pitches, sales presentations, teasers, and information memorandums.
- Market Research: Conduct sectoral market studies and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
- Client Interaction: Maintain active communication with clients, investors, and stakeholders throughout the M&A process.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to support the execution of cross-border transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in M&A or investment banking, preferably with exposure to reputable investment banks. Experience within Tech, Software or Healthcare sectors would be a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English is required
