Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations across Europe and Africa. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to business leaders and a hands-on HR professional capable of managing the full employee lifecycle.
ReKey Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership & Strategic Alignment
- Partner with team leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
- Provide HR insights to improve performance, structure, and culture
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional and functional leaders
2. Talent Management
- Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development
- Build strong internal talent pipelines and career development paths
- Focus on identifying and nurturing high-potential sales talent
3. Performance & Rewards
- Co-design and implement transparent, motivating incentive plans
- Drive adoption of performance management and feedback systems
- Provide coaching to leaders and teams on performance improvement
4. Team Health & Retention
- Monitor key people metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, satisfaction)
- Identify potential risks and propose actionable retention strategies
- Strengthen team cohesion through well-being and cultural initiatives
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Address employee issues effectively and fairly
- Support audits and maintain accurate HR documentation
6. Operational HR Support
- Manage HR operations, including compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and support process optimization
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience in a European business environment
- Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and regional employment practices
- Experience in HR data analysis and delivering data-driven insights
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, hands-on, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong team player with a solution-oriented mindset
