📍 Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator – Munich (Hybrid)

We’re hiring an organised, proactive HR Coordinator to join one of our global tech clients in Munich! You’ll be embedded in their local HR team via The Rec Hub, a people-first RPO, and play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR ops.
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
Support the full employee lifecycle – onboarding to offboarding
Coordinate HR processes in line with German labour law
Keep HR systems up to date & accurate
Be the go-to for employee queries
Support monthly payroll processing with external providers
Help implement global HR initiatives locally
Assist with reporting, audits & compliance
🎯 What you’ll bring:
Experience in HR admin or coordination (Germany-based)
Knowledge of German labour law & HR best practice
Super organised with a proactive mindset
Fluent in German & English
HRIS knowledge (Workday, Personio, etc.) is a plus
Enjoy working in fast-moving, international environments
