What You'll Do:
- Improve customer experience by reducing operational defects 📉
- Coordinate with content acquisitions teams to launch titles perfectly 🎬
- Standardize metadata from content license agreements 📑
- Manage title schedules and communicate key dates 📅
- Set up new partners for payments and resolve inquiries 💸
- Develop operational plans to eliminate manual processes 🔧
- Investigate and propose solutions for systematic problems 🛠️
- Educate peers and management on processes and expectations 🎓
- Perform 50% operational tasks 🔄
What We're Looking For:
- PMP certification 🎓
- 5-6 years of professional experience 🕒
- Experience in driving end-to-end delivery 🚀
- Process improvement leadership 🛠️
- Stakeholder management skills 🤝
- Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge 📊
- Program or project management experience 📈
- Cross-functional collaboration skills 🌐
- Experience with automation (e.g., automating contract processes) 🤖
- Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent) 🇬🇧
- Additional language skills in Italian 🇮🇹 and Spanish 🇪🇸 are nice-to-have
