Software Developer – Intranet (SharePoint / M365 / .NET)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced software developer to work on high-impact, forward-looking projects in a stable and collaborative environment. You’ll join a team that is modernising internal systems and services, key to ensuring efficiency, accessibility, and long-term digital readiness.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing innovative solutions and migrating existing SharePoint 2019 applications to Microsoft 365, including integration with the Power Platform
- Extending and customising SharePoint/M365-based web applications using SPFx
- Developing and enhancing backend services using .NET and modern Azure components
- Supporting and maintaining internally developed applications critical to the organisation’s daily operations
- Creating clear and concise technical documentation to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience in SharePoint, M365, SPFx, and .NET development
- Confidence working with Azure cloud services and scalable backend systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and GitLab
- Strong communication skills in both German and English (minimum B2 level)
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and long-term maintainability
