Product Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric experiences that make a real impact.
As our first design hire, you'll have the opportunity to establish strong design processes from the ground up, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to shape a world-class product.

🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike
- Turn product ideas into stunning, user-friendly interfaces by creating high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interactions
- Refine and enhance UX flows iteratively based on customer insights, usability best practices, and feedback from the product team
- Own the visual language of our product, ensuring consistency and polish across all UI elements
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and a pixel-perfect user experience
🤝 Your Skillset – What You Bring To The Table
- Significant experience designing digital products (e.g. SaaS, Mobile or healthcare tech)
- Experience creating intuitive UI and user-friendly features in collaboration with engineering, ensuring a seamless UX based on user research and insights
- Ability to design not just visually appealing interfaces but also intuitive experiences for a variety of user personas, including those who are less tech-savvy
- Significant experience bringing ideas to life with tools such as Figma
- Ability to break down and simplify complex topics, such as ML and AI challenges, into clear and user-friendly design solutions
- Business fluent German (C1) and good command of English
- Hybrid office life fits you well to be in the Berlin hub 2 days a week
