Role Description
This is a full-time position for an AI Engineer, based in Berlin, Germany, with some work-from-home flexibility. The AI Engineer will design and develop AI models and algorithms, work on pattern recognition and neural network projects, and enhance NLP applications. The role involves software development, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy machine learning solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- Comprehensive knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Previous experience in the talent acquisition or HR tech industry is a plus
