With a globally distributed team and a strong design-led culture, the company is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape and refine intuitive, elegant user experiences across its web and mobile products.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a thoughtful and creative UI/UX Designer to lead the design of user-centric solutions in a collaborative, agile environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering clear, visually engaging interfaces and seamless experiences that solve real problems for users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on feedback, iterates quickly, and is passionate about design systems, user journeys, and bringing ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Design & User Experience:- Translate user needs and product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive, accessible UIs that work seamlessly across platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Visual Design & Brand Consistency:- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and component library.
- Ensure visual consistency across products by aligning with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI components.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly, data-driven solutions.
- Advocate for the user and promote best practices in usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
- Iterate on designs based on real-world feedback, testing, and performance data.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS or digital product teams.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to high-fidelity design.
- Strong communication skills and experience working remotely and across time zones.
- A portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX projects (please include with application).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or complex platform interfaces (dashboards, workflows, data visualization).
- Knowledge of design tokens, accessibility standards (WCAG), and front-end implementation basics.
- Exposure to user research techniques, UX writing, or product experimentation.
