Reporting to the President of Hyundai Motor Europe (HME), the Chief of Staff (m/w/d) will be responsible for leading high-level initiatives and delivering data driven insights to enable strategic decisions across HME and the European National Sales Companies (NSC). The remit will span performance management, project management and senior stakeholder engagement. You will lead the analysis and interpretation of social, technological, economic, and political trends and spearhead the discussion regarding the impact and responses to these developments upon the organizational mission, vision, and strategy. To qualify, you will possess significant experience within the automotive sector, with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategy to deliver corporate objectives.

About you:
- Master’s degree in business administration or relevant education
- 15 years of experience in business management, strategic roles or related roles within the automotive industry.
- Proven senior-level exposure, with the ability to operate effectively across complex, multi-market structures.
- Deep understanding of the European automotive landscape, including its market forces, trends, and regulatory dynamics.
- Highly data driven with expertise in interpreting financial data and making insight-driven recommendations.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Exceptional communication skills with the prior experience working at board or executive level
