Your Role:
- Develop & optimise a high-performance copyright platform using Java & AWS technologies
- Design & implement complex software solutions that are scalable, secure, and reliable
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality
- Drive technical decisions and ensure best development practices are followed
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, and databases (DynamoDB, Postgres, OpenSearch)
- A proven track record in designing and delivering successful software products
- Strong communication skills – able to translate technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for innovation and commitment to high-quality code, unit testing, and best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile, and ever-evolving environment
