What You Bring
- A degree in computer science, media informatics, business informatics, or a related field, or training as an IT specialist
- Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., PHP, Java, Kotlin, Swift, C#, or Python) and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Enthusiasm for tackling technical challenges and learning new technologies beyond traditional web development
- A collaborative mindset, motivation, and eagerness to expand knowledge
- Initial experience in native app development with Kotlin or Swift is a plus
- Fluent German skills and English skills
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous development of a leading app, from building native user interfaces and integrating web views to improving middleware and app DevOps processes
- Gain experience across various technologies, including backend, infrastructure, and native app development
- Leverage web and backend development experience to work with app technologies on iOS or Android
- Participate in code reviews, develop automated tests, and contribute to continuous improvements in the tech stack to maintain high-quality standards
