Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Working Student (20 hours/week) – Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension
Your Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team in Berlin. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office through a variety of organizational and administrative tasks. This position is open to both full-time applicants and working students seeking hands-on experience in a professional, international setting.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day office operations: manage incoming/outgoing mail, answer phone calls, order and organize office supplies
- Digitize, organize, and archive documents using internal filing systems
- Coordinate internal appointments, team meetings, and travel arrangements
- Welcome visitors and ensure the office is presentable and well-organized
- Assist with planning internal events, team activities, and logistics
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
What You Bring
- Previous experience in office administration is a plus
- Professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Availability for 40 hours/week (full-time) or 20 hours/week (working student)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Friendly, service-oriented attitude with clear and confident communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and a proactive, hands-on approach
