- take ownership of building, updating, and overseeing project schedules to keep everything on track for on-time delivery
- collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to create detailed timelines, assign resources, and monitor progress
- gather input from all involved parties – internal teams and external partners – to shape and manage a comprehensive project schedule
- review production timeline and accordingly support priorities and schedules for drawing release
- compile and present detailed drawing reports to the management team
- are responsible for preparing progress updates and management presentations
- schedule and lead regular check-ins with stakeholders and suppliers as needed
- coordinate with suppliers to ensure that all necessary parts are available to support the Program
- work alongside the Design Office to make sure all drawings are delivered on schedule
Be our forward thinker
YOU...
- have a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
- bring several years of hands-on experience in project planning or controlling within the aerospace industry
- are experienced with project planning as part of a project team
- have experience with planning tools such as MS Project
- have a international mindset and good knowledge of the English language
