We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator (associate level) . This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and excellent NGS (next generation sequencing) background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. You are expected to be based in Munich Germany and work on the office site.
Job descriptions:
- Project management: Responsible for the full process management of new product projects in the Novogene Europe (mainly single cell sequencing projects), including project initiation, execution, monitoring, and settlement. Accurately grasp project milestones and achieve quarterly and annual settlement goals.
- Client Communication: Maintain close contact with clients to clarify project requirements and provide timely updates on project progress. Coordinate internal teams (e.g., sales, lab technicians, bioinformatics) to solve in-sales and after-sales issues, ensuring on-time project delivery and enhancing customer experience.
- Process Optimisation: Monitor operational data, provide analytical reports to support decision-making, and continuously optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Market Support: Assist the marketing and product teams by providing technical support, participating in customer training, and promoting technical solutions.
- To support other business requirements when needed (e.g., logistics, marketing, etc.).
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
Your skills and experience:
- PhD. / M.S in molecular biology, genetics and related majors. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
- Be proactive. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Have strong logic. Good at communication and teamwork.
- Good proficiency in German, English, and Chinese, able to apply them in daily work.
