Job Description
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, including ERP implementations, webshop launches, and business software integrations.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution—from scoping and planning to implementation and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align project objectives.
- Work hand-in-hand with IT architects to ensure seamless system integration and scalability.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and continuously improve processes to optimize project success.
- Act as a trusted consultant, guiding teams and stakeholders on best practices in project execution and change management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a wholesale, e-commerce, or IT-driven environment.
- Proven success in managing large-scale transformation projects, such as ERP rollouts, webshop implementations, or business software integrations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in a wholesale/e-commerce setting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into high-level technical concepts.
- Experience in consulting or a consulting-style role is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you know how to align different interests and drive solutions.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
