Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Developing recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and aligning with company needs.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Posting job openings, networking, and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessments.
- Candidate Selection & Negotiation: Shortlisting candidates, organizing interviews, and managing offer and salary negotiations.
- Onboarding: Overseeing pre-boarding and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Compliance & Reporting: Adhering to labor laws, maintaining data protection standards, and reporting key metrics.
- Collaboration: Working with HR and hiring managers to understand needs and improve recruitment processes.
- Market Research: Staying informed on labour market trends and managing a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as TA in Germany + more countries beneficial
- Must have experience hiring field or Commercial employees (Sales, Marketing, CAS, Field Support etc.)
- Prior experience in working within medical device companies is important
