About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of enterprise investment management software for clients across the asset management sector. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of the company’s investment management platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers, business analysts, and consultants, to align project objectives and timelines.
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee risk management and issue resolution, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Maintain strong relationships with asset managers, pension funds, and institutional investors, understanding their unique challenges and technology needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, client onboarding, and implementation strategies.
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in financial technology, enterprise software, or investment management solutions.
- Strong understanding of asset management workflows, portfolio management, trading systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing complex software implementations for financial institutions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and C-level executives.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies) is a plus.
