POSITION SUMMARY
As a Project Manager (m/f/d) specializing in electronics and/or refrigeration and air conditioning technology, you will be an important part of our dynamic, modern team within the group, characterized by an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality. UPS, power, racks, and other interesting projects await you.
You are willing to take on responsibility to fully manage your projects from order receipt to customer handover and invoicing. You will provide an excellent customer experience at the highest level in all customer contacts and value creating a service-oriented environment with our customers and becoming an integral part of our team.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - PROJECT MANAGEMENT
After the sale to the customer, you are responsible for the development, planning, and coordination of projects, which can also be on-site at the customer's premises.
You are responsible for assessing the current status and requesting materials, services, and commissioning subcontractors.
You are responsible for compliance with quality requirements, deadlines, and costs, as well as for the follow-up culture within the project.
You act between many interfaces, such as customers, sales, logistics, service, and factory production, thus ensuring smooth operations.

Focuses on reporting project forecasts. Ensures requested updates are provided on time and in accordance with business requirements. Ensures project costs are reported accurately and participates in the preparation of cost reports for analysis as needed.

COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE
Ensures projects are delivered in line with the opening margin and seeks opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle without compromising on quality.

Key external stakeholders: Customers, consultants, contractors, end users
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational qualification: At least a university degree in thermal or electrical engineering with an otherwise equivalent technical background, for example, experience as a site engineer.
- Previous 3+ years of professional experience in project engineering/project management desirable
- At least 2 years of contract management, preferably according to Prince 2 standards or equivalent desirable
- Experience in subcontractor management
- Practical knowledge of commercial contracts.
- Practical knowledge of project planning tools, especially Microsoft applications
- Practical knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service and a stylish appearance are essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
You are familiar with independent, project-oriented working methods and ideally have professional experience in customer consulting, order processing, design, and commissioning.
