We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Frankfurt location.
In your position as Senior Project Manager, you will be an important part of our dynamic, modern team within the group, characterized by an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
You are willing to take on responsibility to fully manage your projects from order receipt to customer handover and invoicing. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience of the highest quality in all customer interactions, placing great value on creating a service-oriented environment with our customers and becoming an integral part of our team.
What we're passionate about:
After the sale to the customer, you'll be responsible for the development, planning, and coordination of projects, which may also be on-site at the customer's premises.
You'll be responsible for assessing the current status and requesting materials and services, as well as commissioning subcontractors.
You'll be responsible for ensuring project quality requirements, deadlines, and costs are met.
You'll liaise between many interfaces, such as customers, sales, logistics, service, and factory production, ensuring smooth operations.
Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship or degree in refrigeration/air conditioning technology, electrical engineering, or utility engineering. Proven experience in project management would be an advantage.
You are familiar with independent, project-oriented working methods and ideally have professional experience in customer consulting, order processing, design, and commissioning in refrigeration technology. Entry-level positions are also possible.
You impress with a quick grasp of complex technical issues, as well as the ability to complete tasks on time and to meet targets.
An independent, well-structured working style and entrepreneurial thinking and action are a given for you.
You are fluent in German and have excellent written and spoken English.
A Class B driver's license completes your profile.
