We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to look after the Dach Area and the European Market for a well established Luxury Fashion Brand to join the Munich Team.
The company has multiple stores globally and it's known for its history and craftsmanship.
As Human Resources Business partner you would be:
- Engaging with senior management and key stakeholders to discuss business strategies, HR challenges, and workforce planning to drive business success
- Collaborating with leadership to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to meet their objectives
- Designing and implementing recruitment, training, restructuring, and succession plans while supporting relevant teams in execution.
- Coaching line managers on effective leadership techniques and strategies to enhance employee motivation and performance
- Evaluating HR metrics and benchmarking results against key performance indicators to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness
- Analysing trends from people metrics to lead and influence decision-making across business areas.
- Providing HR support to wider organisational projects, leading on change management activity.
- Supporting job evaluation exercises and undertake job evaluations as part of a panel as required
- Supporting the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda
- Actively promoting health & well-being
- Support managers in dealing with complex casework, performance, attendance and employee relations issues
You would be reporting to HR Director and working closely with retail directors in Europe.
Fluency in English and German is required, any other language would be a plus.
