The part you'll play
As HR Business Partner for Germany, Austria, Belgium & Switzerland, you will join our regional Head Office in Munich, Germany, being part of HR EMEA Department.
- Ensure an efficient and fair selection process, from recruitment to hiring, guaranteeing an excellent candidate experience across all steps
- Guarantee a precise and fast recruiting process at Retail level
- Act as business partner by supporting and advising managers and employees
- Contribute to shape regional projects based on local needs and exigencies
- Partner closely and collaborate with EMEA HO
- Timely manage administrative HR processes and procedures, including some administrative tasks
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large, international and well-structure Company of at least 3 years
- Deep knowledge of retail and its dynamics
- Energetic, organized and business-driven approach
- Capability in building strategic, multilevel and teamwork relationship
- Proficiency in German & English (at least C1 level), knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus
