We get our customers from our parent company ORGA-SOFT. ORGA-SOFT develops and distributes ERP software for the food and beverage industry.
And for this reason, we are located in the ORGA-SOFT building in Mainz-Hechtsheim and can take advantage of all the benefits of an ORGA-SOFT employee.Your role / responsibilities with usWe are looking for a qualified front-end developer to join our team. You will be responsible for the development of modern web applications for our customers. You will be able to translate our business and customer requirements into functional and engaging interactive applications. If you want to create user-friendly applications using the latest technologies, then this position is for you. We are looking for a tech-savvy person who is curious about new digital technologies and wants to combine usability with visual design.
Your tasks
- Identification of user and system requirements for new web applications
- Prioritizing software development projects, setting schedules and assigning tasks to team members
- Creation of wireframes to decide on a layout desirable
- Writing or reviewing code for various applications
- Performing functional tests and debugging code
- Working with designers to select UI/UX elements (such as graphics and navigation buttons)
- Ensuring that our software documentation is up to date
Your profile
- Knowledge of software development with HTML, CSS
- Experience with a relational database (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) is desirable
- Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript / Typescript)
- Initiative and motivation to advance the product, the team and personal development
- Basic technologies - HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Go
- Design of intuitive, modern web-based user interfaces is desirable
- Experience in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with REST technologies
- Knowledge of user experience, visualization and layouting for web applications is desirable
- Experience with GitLab, Spring Boot/Micronauts or Docker is desirable
- Good language skills in German and/or English - language level at least B2
- Advantageous: business knowledge in the field of sales, warehouse & logistics, production
