This role requires an experienced German speaking UI/UX Web/Mobile Designer having worked on enterprise grade global projects. Client is a Ultra High Net Worth Private organization undergoing a total digital transformation and modernization effort across their private wealth portfolio. The ideal candidate will be an elite calibre designer, with forward thinking skills, deep technical experience across the requirements mentioned below and excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
Key Responsibilities
User-Centered Design:
- Gather and analyze complex requirements from both user and business perspectives.
- Conduct research and utilize analytics to validate assumptions and refine designs.
UI/UX Development:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are intuitive and visually compelling.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation.
Agile Collaboration:
- Work within an agile framework, aligning user needs with product objectives.
- Document specifications and design decisions in collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Continuous Improvement:
- Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, interfaces, and user engagement.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in UX/UI and product design.
Requirements':
- Professional Background: Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design for digital web and mobile applications, including user research and testing.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD); familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Ability to manage expectations and create solutions that enhance the customer journey.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, can-do attitude; comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving settings.
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English.
- Team-Driven: Enjoys collaborating, problem-solving, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
