Job Responsibility:
- Strategic Undertaking and Project Execution: PMO needs to participate in strategic planning, understand and analyze the organization's strategy and goals, carry out strategic deployment, and guide the feasibility study and project approval decision of the project.
- Tracking and monitoring: The PMO is responsible for monitoring project progress and key milestones, such as major risks, changes, and milestones, to ensure that the project can proceed efficiently according to plan.
- Consulting Support: As a project management consultant, PMO provides templates, best practices, training, and other support to help project teams solve problems and enhance project management capabilities.
- Resource coordination: The PMO is responsible for integrating and managing the resources required for the project, including human resources, materials, etc., to ensure that the project receives necessary support.
- Performance evaluation: Establish project performance evaluation standards, measure, monitor, and evaluate project performance, and create a fair and healthy competitive environment.
- Knowledge management: Establish and continuously optimize project management tools to support project management work and ensure the timeliness and transparency of information among project teams and key decision-makers.
- Organizational learning and knowledge management: Share project cases and lessons learned, establish a company level knowledge base, and promote organizational learning and development.
- Provide document templates and management tools: unify project management techniques, reduce the dependence on personal abilities of project managers, and improve the consistency and efficiency of project management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in project management, information management, engineering management, and other related majors preferred;
- More than 3-5 years of project management or PMO related work experience, with priority given to those with cross departmental coordination and project resource management experience;
- Having excellent communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using office software such as Excel;
- Having experience in team management, able to lead teams to collaborate efficiently and drive smooth project implementation.
