About The Role
In this role as a
Senior ABAP Developer, you will play a key role in the development and support of our flagship product, FSDM (Financial Services Data Management) - a powerful data platform designed for bank management. FSDM enables our clients to gain real-time insights, drive business growth, and support enterprise-level financial accounting, regulatory reporting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our agile Scrum teams, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain software modules for FSDM using ABAP and other SAP technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile development practices
- Analyze and resolve software issues efficiently and effectively
- Optimize the platform for performance and scalability
- Produce high-quality technical documentation

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences, or a related field
- Solid programming skills in ABAP and SQL, along with advanced knowledge of databases and operating systems
- A passion for coding, with a willingness to deepen your skills - especially in financial technology
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, ideally with experience using Fiori
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and contribute effectively across various challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A customer-focused approach and strong team spirit
- A commitment to agile/scrum development methodologies
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial software development
- Background in S/4HANA FSDM, S/4HANA Finance, or banking application development
- Hands-on experience with agile development processes
