A-Tech is hiring for a Lead/ Principal Software Engineer to join an AI start-up with more than 140m€ in funding (series A).
The company ison a mission to reimagine enterprise software from the ground up. It is building the next-generation ERP platform, tailored for the AI era.
Founded in 2020, this company has grown to 130 employees across offices in the US, UK and Germany. It's an exciting time as they push on to define and implement next-gen ERP systems with AI.
What You’ll Do:
- Build features end-to-end, mainly on the backend with some exposure to the frontend with TypeScript & React
- Apply cutting-edge AI and LLM technologies to develop intelligent, user-friendly tools.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on features based on usage data and customer feedback.
- Work in a fast-paced, product-driven team with big technical ambitions.
- Contribute across the stack using technologies like TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, and more.
Your Background:
- A Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Strong software engineering background, ideally in building scalable systems from the ground up.
- Experience in backend development (APIs, data pipelines, scalable services), TypeScript & Java or Python (Rust is a plus)
- Some Frontend experience with React is a plus
- Some experience or strong understanding of applying LLMs and gen AI
- You care about the impact of what you build on the user and business
- Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- Fluent level of English (German is a plus)
