Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and document logistics systems and processes; drive process optimization and best practice sharing
- Train users on new tools and routines (Train-the-Trainer)
- Analyze and resolve operational and system issues with in-depth problem solving
- Ensure consistent, optimal use of logistics applications across the distribution center
- Document, improve, and monitor logistic flows; identify and implement improvement areas
- Create clear, detailed user stories for IT development, manage IT-requirements
- Participate in IT projects, including change management, and stakeholder coordination
- Test and implement operation-based IT projects in logistics
- Participate in scrum-events, including daily standup, iteration review, retrospective, and iteration planning
- Represent Logistics interests in cross-organizational IT initiatives
Qualifications
You Show Commitment And...
- a background in supply chain management, IT, or related fields
- proven experience in logistics processes, IT systems, testing and project participation
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- experience in logistics IT systems and tools, especially SAP EWM
- ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment
- flexibility to support operations outside standard working hours, if needed
- English - communicative level (min. B2)
