About the Role:
As a Technical Support Engineer for our SOLIX Balcony Energy Storage products, you’ll be at the forefront of the green energy revolution. Your mission is to provide outstanding technical support for our customers and partners, ensuring smooth operations and excellent product experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the technical expert for Anker SOLIX balcony storage solutions, assisting customers and distributors via email, phone, or on-site as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, diagnose problems, and propose effective solutions.
- Help clients complete product installation and setup.
- Train customers on the usage methods.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams on product feedback and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
- Contribute to product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year+ relevant work experience, or a graduate with Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field
- Passion for renewable energy.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Fluent in English and German.
