We are seeking a dedicated HR Business for our teams based in Germany (and across Europe), managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to talent development—while ensuring compliance with labor laws and driving HR initiatives. It requires a hands-on professional with international HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in both English and German.
We are looking to fill the position of HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at the European offices of the SIRIO Group, located on the 24th floor of the iconic Messeturm in Frankfurt am Main, offering a modern and inspiring workspace with breathtaking views.
The position also requires occasional travel to our manufacturing site in Brandenburg, Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters for employees mainly based in Germany plus some other European countries like UK.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from briefing through to signing the employment contract.
- Drive and support talent and performance management processes, fostering employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage ad hoc HR projects and contribute to the development of the HR function
- Support organizational development, change initiatives, and process improvement.
Your Profile
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international setting; experience in the healthcare or nutraceutical industry is a strong plus.
- Proven expertise across the entire hire-to-retire cycle, especially in talent and performance management.
- Experience with HRIS systems; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- A collaborative, ethical, and proactive approach with a high level of intercultural competence.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our manufacturing site in Brandenburg, Germany.
- Strong interpersonal skills, hands-on mentality, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
