About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong experience in SaaS and web applications to help shape and evolve our product analytics platform. You’ll be responsible for turning complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design user flows, wireframes, and UI for new features and improvements
- Rapidly prototype to test ideas and assumptions with real users
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and product discovery sessions
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and data scientists
- Maintain consistency through our design system and component library
- Proactively contribute ideas to improve UX and drive product engagement
What You’ll Need To Succeed At This Role
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer working on B2B SaaS products (especially web-based)
- Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and polished UI
- Proficiency in tools like Figma (or similar) for design and prototyping
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for iconography and visual asset editing
- Hands-on experience with user research: interviews, usability testing, validation
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with other teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience with analytics, observability, or complex B2B tools
- Interest in metrics and how they shape product and design decisions
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (you don’t need to code, but should know what’s feasible)
