We are looking for a Level 2 Technician to provide Desktop IT Support / Desk Side Support in Munich. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing end-user devices, and offering on-site support to ensure smooth operations for all users.

- Provide on-site IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, etc.).
- Respond to IT service desk tickets and escalate when necessary.
- Support software installations and updates.

- 2–3 years of Desktop IT Support or Desk Side Support experience.
- Proficient in Windows OS and macOS.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCITP) preferred.
