We seek a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to join our client in Bremen. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the human resources function and play a key role in driving the organization's success.
Duties and responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources function;
- Building effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders to define & lead initiatives to support the achievement of business goals;
- Reviewing, formulating, and implementing HR policies and procedures;
- Acting as an advocate of the company’s values and culture to create a best-in-class work environment;
- Creating recruiting campaigns to attract high-quality candidates, clarify hiring objectives, and determine effective operational and measurement plans;
- Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to the executive leadership team by developing strong, proactive, and collaborative working relationships;
- Utilizing a data-driven approach to identify key trends in the business and proactively provide solutions;
- Leading a team of HR professionals by guiding team objectives, coaching, and mentoring.
Qualifications & experience
- 4-6 years of experience building, leading, and managing an HR Team at a global tech company;
- Creative thinker bringing innovative solutions to the table;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on both strategic and tactical levels;
- Proven ability to implement business strategies and solutions within a global company;
- Ability to manage complex HR programs, including policy design and development;
- Proven track record in building trust and credibility between HR and employees across all levels of the organisation;
- Expertise in German employment/ labor laws and regulations;
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Experience at educational institution is a plus.
- Advanced English and German (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Ability to travel.
