Your tasks:
- Supporting the responsible project manager in the processing of national and international contracts in the product area
- Taking on subtasks from the contract (e.g. managing individual work packages in coordination with the responsible project manager)
- Independent processing of small projects (minimum complexity without development part/sub-tasks/work packages)
- Participation in the performance and quality-oriented planning and execution of the assigned project tasks within the cost and time frame
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary project team of employees from different departments
Your profile:
- At least completed technical training or Bachelor's degree (e.g. commercial)
- Good experience in organizational development and process optimization
- Initial experience in the technical and commercial management of projects and in managing a project team, Experience in creating decision templates & reports required for upper management
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, possibly BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) required
- Experience in the context of organizational projects / change management required and in the field of governance / strategy implementation required
- Willingness to travel worldwide
